Director Jodel Saint-Marc spent his childhood in east of France. He began his directing career in adolescence filming for several days of flooding river Bourbre and draws a story featuring interviews, archives and images of water invading the city.

Arrived in Paris at the age of nineteen, he leads from the front for five years a Master Studies and Audiovisual Cinémtographiques at the Sorbonne and the completion of five short films.

 



He had the opportunity to collaborate with the TV producers from the BETC Euro RSCG agency. He was involved in the direction of six TV commercials, including one for the Crédit agricole bank.

He started making music videos in 2004, when he was his own director of photography.

 

Director of Renaissance, his first self-funded full lenght movie, awarded at the Im-migrateur Festival , and of the documentary La Dernière nuit au Cinq-Sept, he collaborated with artists such as Orties or Cassandre for which he created music videos like "Ghetto Goth" or "Atteins le Bonheur".
